Already in 1965 the system of Wired Relay Logic allowed a dynamic programming of the wagons cycles.
Then, progress brought to the study of Wired electronics cards mounted on a Rack, allowing in this case the reduction of dimensions.

Going on, in 1982 a system that was innovative at that time was realised: TESAR.
This product, based on the philosophy of the first Microprocessors, allowed to program the wagons' movements from the keyboard through simple and intuitive instructions.
During the same period another step forward has been done for the electrochemic treatments: the piloting of current rectifiers.

1989 has witnessed the birth of MS200, a system based substantially on a PLC that we manufacture and that is used to handle wagons, manage current rectifiers, metering pumps, etc.
For the above mentioned characteristics and for its power and configuration ability, this product can be considered one of the first process controllers in the field of surface treatments.

The path has then grown with G.O.S. (1992), a system based on a PC in DOS operating systems and market PLC.
This product offers a great configuring flexibility, reliability and it's easy to use, especially for system operators.
Thanks to these properties, G.O.S. has had and still has got a great success on the market of surface treatments.

The progress of even more advanced technologies and the ever growing needs to control, certificate and integrate the systems, have pushed our company to create products that satisfy new requirements.
Therefore, in 1999 Galv2000 was born.

A result of the constant desire to advance and improve of Tentori Enzo & C. S.r.l., this system, formed by a PC in Windows operative system and by a market PLC, allows an integration with firm networks, privileges the collection of production and system statistical data, offers an open and immediate diagnostics for a rapid solution of anomalies.
Thanks to the use of field BUS, Galv2000 can manage and oversee other external systems, as weighing systems, bar code readers, centrifuges, etc.
The system can also be totally integrated in a factory process, in constant contact with superior levels (MES and/or ERP).

Galv2000 flexibility at all levels and its easy use have brought it to make a name for itself as successful product for each surface or finishing treatment system.

Therefore, Tentori Enzo & C. S.r.l. can be doubtless considered a reference point in the development of automation systems in the field of surface and finishing treatments.
